I haven't been good about posting my weight ins, but I'm still going strong. And my hubby started back on it this week, which will make things easier.
As far as this weeks weight in goes, I wasn't sure how it was going to go because I missed last week after a weekend at the beach (and not eating well) and Hanukkah dinner at my parents last night. I was kind of afraid to get on the scale.
However, the 45 minutes I'm spending on a treadmill 3 days a week seemed to be helping..
I was down 1.6!
So the total down is 17.4. Only...a lot to go!
Want to try to hit 20 by Christmas. I think I can, I think I can!
