As far as this weeks weight in goes, I wasn't sure how it was going to go because I missed last week after a weekend at the beach (and not eating well) and Hanukkah dinner at my parents last night. I was kind of afraid to get on the scale.
However, the 45 minutes I'm spending on a treadmill 3 days a week seemed to be helping..
I was down 1.6!
So the total down is 17.4. Only...a lot to go!
Want to try to hit 20 by Christmas. I think I can, I think I can!
Yes, you totally can!! Look how much you've already lost, that's great! I recently started a weight loss goal myself. I'm tracking it on myfitnesspal.com. (Sorry, I just realized I sound like spam- ew!). Anyway, are you using anything like that? What's your secret!?
